Drew was a very easy Realtor to work with. I was buying my first home, and he assisted with every aspect of the process. Drew was very good at assessing possible homes regarding their soundness and how they were taken care of. Significant but subtle problems were immediately identified, saving the expense of having a certified inspector come in until the right home was found. It was an especially tight market during the summer of 1999, and Drew worked very quickly with the listing agent when we found the right home. He did all of the negotiating on my behalf, and we successfully closed on the home that I had been looking for. Despite my busy work schedule, Drew made the transaction seem easy. I highly recommend Drew to my friends who are looking to buy a home or other property.
